Jenn Morel is a Dominican Latin rapper and social media influencer known for aggressive rhymes and viral videos. Having started as a dancer and comedy influencer she is most widely recognized today for hit record ‘Ponteme’ which started out as a short freestyle video posted on her Instagram content series #FlowFriday. ‘Ponteme’ became a platinum selling record and blossomed into an international phenomenon.
Jenn holds humble beginnings: born and raised in the countryside of the Dominican Republic before immigrating to the United States at the age of 6. Her start in the entertainment industry was as a ͚go go͛dancer in New York City legendary nightclubs such as Webster Hall, Finale, Griffin and Pacha. The following years would see Jenn be a backup dancer for the likes of LMFAO, Neyo and appear in music videos for Drake, Nicki Minaj and Trey Songz. Jenn would follow by becoming one of social medias top influencers generating millions of impressions, creating viral comedy skits, and campaigns with notable brands.
In just over three years as an active recording artist, Jenn Morel has amassed over 80 million streams, actively tours in Europe, and has seen her releases synced with companies such as Samsung, Just Dance and Zumba. In August 2018, Jenn signed to UMLE via a joint venture between After Cluv and Universal Music Latino. In 2019 Jenn added radio personality to her resume as the host of the Muevelo Chart on Radio Kiss Kiss in Naples, Italy. On October 23, 2020 Jenn released her self-titled debut album, a body of work showcasing a variety of sounds to challenge modern day Latin music norms.
